Install and configure compute node in Installation Guide

I did not install EPEL as was pointed out in the installation Guide.

System: CentOS 7.

Here's a temporary workaround just to avoid the error until the CentOS team releases an updated python-ryu package:

rpm -Uvh --nodeps http://cbs.centos.org/kojifiles/packages/python-tinyrpc/0.5/2.el7/noarch/python2-tinyrpc-0.5-2.el7.noarch.rpm

Thanks Alessandro for the work around, I hope this setup goes past <IP>_controller.pp section of the openstack setup. This is surely testing my patience.

Perfect that sorted out my issue. Finally my Openstack installation completed.
