IBM Storwize family and SVC volume driver in Configuration Reference

contains two table that duplicate the content.

I suggest to remove the manually edited first table, expand the second so that it contains all values, and then add any information that is needed below.

But there's no need to have two tables that both describe them with default values and explanation.
