Migrate volumes in Administrator Guide- After Migration Picture is not ok

Hi,

Yes man. Output should be different after migration. specially
os-vol-mig-status-attr:name_id.

The output of $ cinder migrate on line 148 needs updating, and including an example of $ openstack volume show would also improve the clarity of the section.
