Image service os_type property keys is for KVM too

The os_type property is also used for KVM in the OpenStack code and affects the behaviour for older Windows guests (by setting some specific flags in the KVM XML). I would therefore suggest to change the text to "libvirt API driver" from "XenAPI driver" for that row of the table.
