Use new OpenStack logos

New OpenStack logos are available since Barcelona. They have to be used in openstackdocstheme.

At the moment the foundation only offers the logs in AI and EPS format (https://www.openstack.org/brand/openstack-logo/logo-download/). We have to request the logos in SVG and PNG format because we do not own an AI subscription.

I have just converted from EPS to PNG files
: using basic Preview software on Mac (EPS -> PNG)
: using GIMP (PNG -> PNG with transparency).

(Note that I have converted into them using 300 DPI property.)

I have more converted into SVG files on the same folder (using Inkspace with maximum precision value: very fine), but for SVG files, I am not pretty sure whether the converted files are fine or not.

The provided logos look a lot better than my attempts.

But we need specific resolutions for the PNG files:

openstack-logo-full.png.orig: PNG image data, 136 x 33, 8-bit/color RGBA, non-interlaced
openstack-logo-vert.png.orig: PNG image data, 59 x 54, 8-bit/color RGBA, non-interlaced

Can you please create the PNG in the other resolutions? I think they do not have exactly the same.

And I found an other file that has to be replaced: favicon.ico

Is it possible to generated favicon files from the EPS files?

We use the same files in openstack-manuals/www/static/common/images for our websites.

 It is difficult to exactly adjust to your mentioned sizes. So I purposely left vertical or horizontal blanks. Would it be fine? Note that url "dl=1" instead of 0 downloads each file.

136x24 and 59x54 looks good. Will upload the review for openstackdocstheme now. After merge we can update the websites. Thanks Ian for providing the converted images.

Hi again all,
As I mentioned on the review, there's a lot more to this redesign than just switching out the logo. Here's the full list of what has changed (just what I can detect with a side-by-side comparison):
* logo
* use of colors
* button style
* iconography
* favicon
* UX and behavior when resized to mobile
* behavior when hovering over a button
* header (but the footer appears unchanged or could be used without the feedback button)

I'd prefer guidance from the Foundation and re-use of web dev resources and code where possible. Ideally we'd have the "header as a service" that Jimmy mentioned on the mailing list.

    Use new OpenStack logo and header

    - Inserts Log In at end of header menu.
    - Ensures there's a matching vertical line before the search box.
    - Removes svg files, because the original logos are managed at
      www.openstack.org and copied to docs.openstack.org.
