Openrc should have clearer warning about OS_PASSWORD

The instruction for setting up OpenRC environment variables should have a more pronounced warning and indicate the implications of having OS_PASSWORD in a plaintext file. New operators who copy and paste from the installation guide may accidentally leave the OS_PASSWORD in an rc file.
