Incorrect download URL

When I run the following command, it doesn't work.
yum install http://download.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/7/x86_64/e/epel-release-7-6.noarch.rpm

Correct URL should be
https://mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/fedora/epel/7/x86_64/e/epel-release-7-8.noarch.rpm
