Bug Description

openstack-manuals/doc/admin-guide/source/common/get-started-with-openstack.rst ::

    Each service offers an application programming interface
    (:term:`API <Application Programming Interface (API)>`) that facilitates this
    integration. Depending on your needs, you can install some or all
    services.

The :term: directive should surround "application programming interface (API)" instead of just API, since the glossary entry name includes the whole phrase. The current use is unnecessary.

    Adjust API glossary reference

    This change encloses the whole phrase in the :term: directive,
    so that repetition is avoided.

    Closes-bug #1613281
