I think the candidate manual is Ops-Guide.
Any other manuals are needed to describe?

The problem is "difficult to investigate the trouble" without this information for operator view.
  (Since unified ID info is helpful for cross module investigation)

Currently x-openstack-request-id support status is varied.
In command line, some commands are supported and some are not supported.
As for manager, most of modules are supported already (by req-xxxxxx: xxxxx is x-openstack-request-id).
but some are not (for example swift is x-trans-id at this moment.)

Looks like a fix has been proposed to eliminate the warning that ironic is not passing the request ID in all cases. Is there something else I am missing? After the patch there will be no more x-openstack-request-id it will simply be Openstack-request-id. Are there any other projects still using x-openstack-request-id that we should notify operators about?
