Select hosts where instances are launched in Administrator Guide has incomplete command

example

nova boot --image <uuid> --flavor m1.tiny --key_name test --availability-zone nova:server2

has two issues
1) should have name of instance being created at the end
2) should us --key-name instead of deprecated --key_name
