Bug Description

Swift/object storage isn't mentioned in the HA guide at all.

Swift is deployed as an HA service as long as there are more than two instances of each type of server in the cluster (proxy, account, container, object). The client requests need to be load balanced between all proxy servers and the proxy server handles all failure/HA for the other servers.

I'm not sure if something similar to http://docs.openstack.org/ha-guide/compute-node-ha-api.html is sufficient (ie redirect to an install guide) or if more info should be included.

What is the best approach?

Each service should provide the architecture and instructions for implementing basic (or recommended minimum) HA. If the architecture utilizes any common components (such as HTTP load balancing for the API), it could reference a common section containing that content. Instructions should assume a higher level of knowledge than the installation guide. For example, we should assume that the HA guide audience understands Linux systems administration and general HA operation.
