remove eventlet support

We removed eventlet support in newton, I think the install and admin guides have moved to running keystone under apache, but opening this bug just in case.

I wrote a quick script http://paste.openstack.org/show/528647/ to go through the manuals and find any references to the word 'eventlet'. It's basic, and so it will print out anything at all, including references from autogenerated files.
