Mitaka Configuration Reference Nework section is missing ML2 parameters

The Mitaka Configuration Reference for Networking [1] is missing some important ML2 configuration information that was listed with Liberty. Namely everything that was listed in the [ml2] section [2]. However there seems to be a section for ML2 in Mitakas, guide, but it is missing this piece of infroamtion [3]

Several items appear to be missing - Arista, BaGpipe, BigSwitch, Brocade, Brocade MLX ICX, Cisco, and Freescale SDN Mechanism options. I can't see anything about these configurations being removed. Was there a deprecation here?

When the Vendor Code is moved out of the Neutron Code, It might be inappropriate to have vendor configuration options in manuals.

Agree! But this bug is not about vendor config options, but the ml2 base config options
