When click the href 'How To Custom Brand The OpenStack “Horizon” Dashboard', it will cast 404 error.

    Delete the not exist link url

    When click the href 'How To Custom Brand The OpenStack “Horizon” Dashboard',
    it will cast 404 error. This patch delete the not exist link url.
