Bug Description

The Mitaka install-guide for Ubuntu [1] tries to restart the linuxbridge agent with "service neutron-plugin-linuxbridge-agent restart". It should be "service neutron-linuxbridge-agent restart".

Reopening. I tested this on Ubuntu 14.04 LTS with mitaka-proposed packages.

root@controller:~# service neutron-plugin-linuxbridge-agent restart
neutron-plugin-linuxbridge-agent: unrecognized service

root@controller:~# service neutron-linuxbridge-agent restart
neutron-linuxbridge-agent stop/waiting
neutron-linuxbridge-agent start/running, process 19651

Are you saying you tested this and you got a different result? Or are you saying that mitaka-proposed are not the packages to test for the Ubuntu mitaka install-guide?

The Ubuntu folks probably fixed one of my packaging bugs and renamed the L2 agent packages to remove "plugin" because they are agents for the ML2 plug-in rather than monolithic plug-ins. Please add this to the etherpad [1] so we can evaluate and address it.
