    IBM Storwize with pool-aware-cinder-scheduler

    Storwize cinder driver only supports config one pool
    within one backend right now. This change adds support
    for multi-pools aware for scheduler.
    storwize_svc_volpool_name accepts a list of pools
    separated by comma in cinder.conf now.

    According to [1], the configuration flag storwize_svc_volpool_name
    should be updated to a ListOpt.
    According to [2], Adds config option 'storwize_san_secondary_ip'

    generate cinder.conf.sample in cinder project and update here
