Bug Description
The command:
usermod -a -G ceilometer swift
adds swift to the ceilometer group. However, the default access settings for the /var/log/ceilometer directory is 740, which will still not allow swift to add any files to the folder, and hence, on restarting the swift-proxy, the process won't start. We need an extra command to setup the proper access:
chmod 770 /var/log/ceilometer
