On second link in the google search is the same in the Continuous systems management in Security Guide.

Yes, the link is there but there is nothing in that link we can refer to. That is my concern. The link opens up the directory page with nothing in it.

    In References section
    The "OpenStack Security Primer" has a link where the music
    piracy blog doesn't exist. The owner took it down. So this fix
    is to remove the reference to it.
