after execte these commod ,the cinder appear on dashboard.

I'm going to restore the original "cinder/volume" service with endpoints containing "v1" until we can meet with cinder developers to determine the proper service/endpoint values.

    [install] Fix cinder service/endpoint values

    Due to ongoing problems, confusion, and no solid answers
    regarding cinder service/endpoint values to properly
    enable the v2 API and disable the v1 API, revert the
    instructions to several releases ago where we create
    two service entities (volume and volumev2) and separate
    endpoints with versions (/v1 and /v2) for those entities.
