Bug Description

There should be an additional configuration file described for Ubuntu case:

# cat /etc/corosync/uidgid.d/pacemaker
uidgid {
  uid: hacluster
  gid: haclient
}

This is required in order to make the first start of pacemaker service to go smoothly and w/o issues. See original issue discovered in Fuel project https://bugs.launchpad.net/fuel/+bug/1493483/comments/8

The startup modes for a pacemaker look very confusing. For example this link http://blog.clusterlabs.org/blog/2010/introducing-the-pacemaker-master-control-process-for-corosync-based-clusters/

It seems what the current advice to remove the service stanza for the corosync 2 case on Ubuntu is OK to be left.

    Add a note about the Corosync/pacemaker services start modes

    Also replace '::' to '.. code-block::' console/ini localy,
    as it causes translation problems.
