/etc/glance/glance-api.conf missing keystone_authtoken section in ubuntu

The step in glance install involing editing [keystoen_authtoken] section will need rewording as the section is not present in /etc/glance/glance-api.conf on ubuntu 14.04 rc1

We already include a statement prior to the configuration of each service that covers this particular issue.

Default configuration files vary by distribution. You might need to add these sections and options rather than modifying existing sections and options. Also, an ellipsis (...) in the configuration snippets indicates potential default configuration options that you should retain.
