OpenStack Installation Guide for Ubuntu in Installation Guide

This page should probably be clearer about which ubuntu version it works with. Currently it's only at the end of this sentence "This guide walks through an installation by using packages available through Ubuntu 14.04."

Actually, that sentence does need to be changed. In the previous release, we did use packages available in 14.04. This release we are back to Cloud-archive

    Specified Ubuntu packages come from Cloud archive

    In the index of the Liberty Install Guide, specified that Ubuntu
    packages are coming from Canonical's Ubuntu Cloud archive.

This issue was fixed in the openstack/openstack-manuals 15.0.0 release.
