When browsing docs.openstack.org, it's not always obvious how old the information you are looking at might be. In the old Docbook docs, we used a watermark that contained the release name, however with the conversion to RST, that functionality has been removed. This bug is to track development of a method of identifying how old content is (which may be a watermark, or some other novel bit of design).
