missing "restart httpd" step in FWaaS overview

In FWaaS guide " http://docs.openstack.org/admin-guide-cloud/content/install_neutron-fwaas-agent.html "
there is a missing step to " restart httpd" process after :
Enable the option in the /usr/share/openstack-dashboard/openstack_dashboard/local/local_settings.py file, which is typically located on the controller node:

'enable_firewall' = True

We should add this command in step 3 : $ sudo systemctl restart httpd

Also add the following commands to step 4:

# service neutron-lbaas-agent start

# service neutron-server restart

This change will need to implemented to the xml and RST files. Thanks!
