Docs have been submitted to Gerrit and are ready for final reviews/approval at https://review.openstack.org/#/c/218085/

The three driver docs are very similar; the Dot Hill doc is the source and the other two are generated by replacing the branding and removing some text that may be inappropriate for a particular vendor.

Note that the auto-generated config option tables that are included from these docs are out of date, but that's being addressed separately and won't require any further update to these docs..
