The operations guide contains the following: "Ubuntu uses rsyslog as the default logging service. "
While good information of itself, this sentence is the only one describing both a single log exporting method (though not the only one as native syslog does this along with additional tooling such as syslog-ng), as well as only mentioning a single OS that utilizes rsyslog (even though other Linux systems such as RedHat, Debian, etc... are able to as well).
As both only rsyslog is mentioned and only Ubuntu is mentioned, this gives the appearance of favoritism, and while it's great to mention rsyslog that is not the only file export method. This should be rewritten to either not mention operating systems, or call out a preferred log export method (and give more information on it as common ones should be compatible across the common Linux distributions).
