OpenStack Middleware Configuration options do not propagate to config guide.

Keystone uses the request limiting middleware from oslo.middleware, whose configuration option of 'max_request_body_size' shows up in the documentation's default config file here:

That same configuration option does NOT show up in the comprehensive list of configuration options, here:

http://docs.openstack.org/kilo/config-reference/content/keystone-configuration-file.html
