Duplicate sections in End User Guide

Duplicate sections appear in the End User Guide. These are not present in the .rst files. It looks as though something in the build chain is including files from the common/ directory twice.

    User Guides: Fix duplicate sections

    Fix wrong directive that let to duplicated content.

    Fix also wrong directive usage in
    adminuser/analyzing-log-files-with-swift-cli.rst to fix build.
