Bug Description
The "Writing your First OpenStack Application" tutorial currently supports libcloud. This bug is to track work involved to add php-opencloud.
To add support for php-opencloud, look at how the sample files are constructed for libcloud and convert them into php-openckloud calls. Section 1,2 & 3 are the most important.
