remove numbers from networking guide scenarios section

The Scenarios section of the Networking Guide includes some numbering to help the coordination between the different teams working on completing this work. Once, we have completed all scenarios we have to remove that numbering.

Exactly which numbering? If the scenario numbering (e.g., scenario 4a), I'm fairly certain we addressed this bug a while ago with the exception of scenario 4b due to reliance on the link by other parties. The following patch recently addressed the latter:
