Firewall-as-a-Service (FWaaS) overview in OpenStack Cloud Administrator Guide - current

In addition to restart neutron-l3-agent service, I've needed to restart neutron-server service:
# service neutron-server restart

If I don't do that I get this message:
root@network-node:~# neutron firewall-list
Not Found (HTTP 404) (Request-ID: req-eb8d340a-2bac-43a2-8820-09b1bcd1fc3c)

Besides, in Juno, the [fwaas] section and theirs keys are located in "/etc/neutron/fwaas_driver.ini"
