Sphinx theme openstackdocstheme search doesn't work

Bug Description

The search box on the docs.openstack.org landing page works fine; so the one on the Sphinx theme generated pages should work in the same way.

    Adds Google Custom Search Engine rather than generic form

    - Search functions again.
    - Fits above the sidebar like the original design, want to add outline box.
