Glance VMware store doesn’t support SPBM policies

Glance when configured with VMware store does not support multiple datastore through SPBM. This is only supported by Nova when used with vmware driver. We need to remove the section "Procedure 8.4. To configure multiple data stores using SPBM" from http://docs.openstack.org/trunk/config-reference/content/vmware-glance-backend.html

    Removed misleading SPBM section

    The section implied that you could use SPBM for the datastore backend
    but this is incorrect. So pursuant to the bug, I removed the section.
