[user-guide] 'launch an instance' section rearrangement

The information on launching an instance using the dashboard published in the end user guide requires restructuring:

ToDo:
1) Change the action flow: Log in to the dashboard, choose a project, and click Instances (instead of Images).
2) Add the info about another ways to launch an instance (directly from Volume or Image tabs, etc).
3) Reorganize listings.

    * To be more generic procedure, launch an instance from "instances".
    * Reorganize the descriptions.
    * Add snapshot as boot source.
