Install guide for heat is missing section on Stack Domain Users

It is recommended that Heat is run when a stack_user_domain is configured as described in this blog post:

However the install guide doesn't mention the setup of stack_user_domain at all:

http://docs.openstack.org/juno/install-guide/install/yum/content/heat-install-controller-node.html

Some of the content of the blog post could be reworked to be suitable for the install guide, but using the utility heat-keystone-setup-domain:

    Add informations about heat identity domains

    The use of identity domains with Heat enables better segmentation of
    the users within heat.
