Installation guide for Debian - RabbitMQ configuration

Bug Description

On Debian, the default RabbitMQ configuration binds the service to 127.0.0.1 which prevents services on the network and compute nodes from accessing it.

I have attempted to confirm this with a new installation of Debian 7. It appears the Debian and juno repos both now obey the RabbitMQ documentation and listen on all interfaces by default.

That is correct, and I also believe this bug is wrongly opened. Though it was correct at some point (because we wrongly thought it was possible to login as guest/guest using something else than localhost, including IPv6), this has been reverted.
