Bug Description
Required:
1) Explain why HA is challenging in a OpenStack setup. The reader should be able to understand why HA is not 'turned on' by default in OpenStack.
2) Explain why 'HA is not a one-click feature' in OpenStack but requires a combination of tools/ configurations
