Security Guide - Dashboard - HSTS Link Update

Security Guide Dashboard section currently has a Note that states: "If you are using an HTTPS proxy in front of your web server, rather than using an HTTP server with HTTPS functionality, follow the Django documentation on modifying the SECURE_PROXY_SSL_HEADER variable" where from Django on is a hyperlink to an outdated document.

Link should be updated to: https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/1.7/ref/settings/#secure-proxy-ssl-header

    Some minor bug fixes in the Dashboard chapter

    Updated URLs to the top level Django URL to minimise future update overhead,
    and some minor drive-by wording updates.
