Installation guide - Configure glance notification driver

Glance does not use the message queue without the optional ceilometer/telemetry service. Consider explicitly configuring glance to use the 'noop' notification driver to prevent creation of a queue with no consumer and also to eliminate issues with additional configuration necessary for notifications. The ceilometer/telemetry chapter reconfigures glance to properly use notifications.

In the /etc/glance/glance-api.conf and /etc/glance/glance-registry.conf files:

[DEFAULT]
notification_driver = noop

The patch for this issue should apply to Juno and master/trunk.

    Configure glance notification driver
