    ZFSSA iSCSI driver should support extra specs

    Support for extra specs at volume creation time,
    would allow more flexibility to create custom volumes.
    The following scoped keys are supported:
    -zfssa:volblocksize
    -zfssa:sparse
    -zfssa:compression
    -zfssa:logbias
