i couldnt get cpu and cpu_util meters to show up until i uncommented this in the ceilometer.conf on controller

# AMQP exchange to connect to if using RabbitMQ or Qpid
# (string value)
control_exchange=openstack

PLease check whats the deal with this.. i use icehouse- qemu..on centOS controller node (its a linux vm on vmware)
