glance CLI doc should be upgraded to 0.14.2

The glance CLI version 0.14.2 was released on Nov. 10, 2014 and the CLI doc was not updated. (See https://pypi.python.org/pypi/python-glanceclient and http://docs.openstack.org/cli-reference/content/glanceclient_commands.html).

The glance CLI doc should be updated to version 0.14.2 to include the new '--profile HMAC_KEY HMAC' option.
