Bug Description

Ceilometer DB Sync Instruction is missing in the documentation

Also it would be helpful to provide MySQL DB configuration for Ceilometer, as all the remaining are using MySQL as default database server.

As "ceilometer-dbsync" instruction is missing, Ceilometer meter tables are not populating in the Ceilometer database. So facing the problem while starting the service.

If I'm not wrong we use mongodb as ceilometer backend, and the dbsync doesn't seem to be needed in that case.

Mongodb is the preferred and recommended ceilometer backend for the amount of data it creates so in this guide we chose it as the backend.

That said, it's possible ceilometer needs a mysql database in addition, but I don't see evidence that it does. Refer to http://docs.openstack.org/developer/ceilometer/install/dbreco.html#choosing-db-backend
