cinder.conf configuration file in OpenStack Configuration Reference - icehouse

The configuration opions for icehouse cinder.conf appears to be incomplete and doesn't match the source tree for icehouse

I agree that this sample isn't realistic. We should at least have a [keystone_authtoken] section, and the sql_connection option is deprecated.

Would make more sense to point to http://docs.openstack.org/icehouse/config-reference/content/section_cinder.conf.html, so cinder.conf is not duplicated in the same guide?
