Manual recovery in cloud admin guide - assumes shared storage

This bit of the guide assumes a Nova deployment with shared storage, it needs updating to cover deployments with local storage with addition of manual instance disk movement (with section for caveats depending on the storage backend - files(qcow/raw/...), lvm, etc.

There is a note clearly marking it as being applicable to shared storage. As for adding recovery from local storage, I believe that might be a bit too environment-specific to be able to document well in this instance. If anyone has some more specific source material they would like added, though, feel free to add it here and reopen.
