No dialog was shown to set admin tenant

I'm using Debian 7.6 to set up Keystone. Neither in installing and reconfiguring could I see the dialog to prompt me set admin tenant information. Did I miss something?

@Thomas - do you have any ideas why this dialog may not have displayed?

(I'm the reporter) FYI, in order to let no dialog be left behind, I've run 'dpkg-reconfigure debconf' and set that to less than 'low' priority not to display. I'd once tried to set OpenStack up on Debian 7.0 but no CD-iso is available now.

Hi. I have no idea why it didn't display, no. Normally, it does. Did you do:
dpkg-reconfigure -plow keystone

or what?

Yes, I did. And the tenant setting dialog still didn't show up.

Well, I really don't know what to say, since this works for me. Which is why I didn't update the issue. I'm sorry, but I have to set that one as invalid as well.

Note that this debconf system is also what I use in my CI *every day* to test the installation, so I'm sure it works.
