missing cinder block storage ip in cinder.conf

in the manual there is no setting of cinder storage node ip. Because of that created volumes cannot be attached - controller sends wrong target ip to compute node (in my case it was IP of first interface)

Fix:
on storage node (block1 in manual)

# openstack-config --set /etc/cinder/cinder.conf DEFAULT my_ip 10.0.0.41
