Install the Telemetry module in OpenStack Installation Guide for Ubuntu 12.04/14.04 (LTS) - icehouse: minor defect; rephrase a sentence

Very minor defect.

Sentence "Telemetry provides an API service that provides a collector and a range of disparate agents." could be rephrased as "Telemetry is composed of an API service, a collector and a range of disparate agents." in order to avoid the repetition of "provides" .

As an alternative, the sentence could be removed without missing any information because the module elements are fully described below.

Just my (questionable) opinion, anyway.
