Setting up Trove: Refer to cloudinit for provisioning instances

I propose adding a note about using cloudinit like on
http://docs.openstack.org/developer/trove/dev/manual_install.html#prepare-trove-configuration-files .
Maybe just by merging this paragraph into the documentation.

Then, the configuration option
cloudinit_location
with its default value which is covered in
http://docs.openstack.org/icehouse/config-reference/content/ch_configuring-trove.html
should be mentioned.
