Verify the Block Storage installation in OpenStack Installation Guide for Red Hat Enterprise Linux, CentOS, and Fedora - icehouse

In the step one we load demo-openrc.sh, but demo user don't have permissions to create volume via cinder.
I believe in this step we need load admin-openrc.sh, or cinder-openrc.sh.

I think cinder-openrc.sh should contain next info:
export OS_USERNAME=cinder
export OS_PASSWORD=CINDER_PASS
export OS_TENANT_NAME=service
export OS_AUTH_URL=http://controller:35357/v2.0
export PS1='[\u@\h \W(keystone_cinder)]\$ '

The default policy in policy.json allows volume creation by regular users. Did you change the policy? If not, can you attach the policy.json file included with your distribution package?

No, i don't.
policy.json from controller node has been attached.
